Fidan, T\u00fcrkiye’nin Ukrayna’n\u0131n toprak b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne olan deste\u011fini vurgularken, ayn\u0131 zamanda Rusya ile olan diplomatik ili\u015fkilerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fcklerinin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Ankara, Bat\u0131’n\u0131n Rusya’ya uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131mlara kat\u0131lmamakla birlikte, taraflar aras\u0131nda denge politikas\u0131 izlemeye devam ediyor.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n
